NUSA's Coordinators to visit Coimbra
From the 7th to the 10th of May, NUSA's coordinators will visit Coimbra and all preparations for the European Universities Games 2018. With about 40 participant countries, are expected than more than 30 NUSA's coordinators can attend the visit.
With the 7th and 10th booked for arrival and departures, a full two-day programme expects the NUSA's and/or Universities from each country that can represent the country' NUSA. On the 8th, the morning will be dedicated to a general meeting with the Organizing Committee, while during the afternoon a visit to the University Stadium and Montemor High-Performance Centre will take place so that they get to know two of the major venues of EUG2018.
On the 9th, NUSA's coordinators will visit more EUG2018 venues like Mário Mexia, Olivais and União de Coimbra Sports Halls and also other important infrastructures like two different dormitories and the Paço das Escolas, the opening ceremony location. The day will end with a Q&A session and closing remarks.
NUSA of each country is responsible for the registrations to the NUSA Coordination Meeting – HoD Visit. University arrival can be acceptable if the given NUSA doesn’t arrive and delegates the attendance to a University. All registrations should be done through this link.
